What this site collects, and what it does not
Written in plain language, and kept short because the site does very little.

The short version
This website has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party embeds. It sets no cookies of its own. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the enquiry form and send to us deliberately.

What we collect when you use the enquiry form
The form asks for:
- the subject of your enquiry
- your name
- your email address
- your company, phone number and country, if you choose to give them
- the message you write
We use these details to answer your enquiry and to carry on the conversation that follows from it. We do not use them for marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell them or pass them to anyone for their own purposes.
How the form works technically
This website is hosted on Netlify, and the enquiry form uses Netlify Forms. When you submit the form, your entries are transmitted to Netlify's servers, stored in the form dashboard for our account, and forwarded to us. Netlify processes that data on our behalf as our hosting provider.
Netlify also keeps standard server logs for the pages it serves. Those logs can include your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request and your browser type. This is ordinary web-server logging and applies to every visit, not just form submissions.
The form includes a hidden field designed to catch automated submissions. If a program fills it in, the submission is discarded. A human visitor never sees it and never interacts with it.
Cookies and storage
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Your browser may keep its own cache of the pages, fonts and images, which is normal browser behaviour and is not something we control or read.
Where your information goes
Netlify is based in the United States, so submitting the form means your entries are transferred there. If you would rather not use the form, email or telephone us directly using the details above — the choice is yours and it costs you nothing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for as long as the commercial relationship they relate to is live. Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted once they are clearly no longer relevant. If you want yours deleted sooner, ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what enquiry details we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your enquiry and our record of it
- stop contacting you
Write to info@darwish-cf.com and we will deal with it. You do not have to give a reason.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another organisation's website, that site has its own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to this notice
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. There is no notification list to join and nothing to opt out of.
