02 — Design
Construction and interior design
Design work tied to how something will actually be built and finished, developed to the level of detail a given scope requires.
- Construction-related design — layouts, build-ups and the details that determine how elements meet
- Interior design — schemes developed with the construction reality in view
- Decoration design — how a space is treated, surface by surface
- Finishing design — finish schedules and how each surface is built up from substrate to final coat
- Material and finish selection — chosen against durability, availability, lead time and cost as well as appearance
Design work is arranged project by project. How a particular scope is resourced depends on the scope — ask and we will tell you how yours would be handled.
03 — Finishing & fit-out
Finishing and fit-out solutions
The trades that decide how a completed building reads, together with the preparation that sits underneath them.

Decorative finishing

04 — Painting & decorative finishes
Painting and decorative finishes
Paints, coatings and decorative finishing products — both as work we carry out and as materials we supply.
- Painting works — preparation, priming, base coats and finish coats
- Paints — interior and exterior systems, chosen against the substrate rather than from a shade card alone
- Coatings — protective and performance coatings for surfaces that need more than paint
- Decorative finishes — specialist treatments where the surface itself is the design

Work, materials, or both
We carry out painting and decorative finishing as a service, and we sell the products separately to clients running their own works. Either is fine.

We do not publish a product catalogue. What is available depends on the project and on current supply arrangements — tell us the scope and we will tell you what we can put together for it.

07 — Sourcing
Project material sourcing and procurement
Finding and evaluating materials against what a construction or finishing requirement actually needs.
Requirement first
What the surface has to do, what conditions it faces, and what the programme allows — before anyone looks at a product.
Evaluation
Technical suitability, quality, performance and application requirements, assessed against that requirement.
Commercial terms
Price, availability, lead time and shipping feasibility, so a specification can actually be met.
Sourcing is also why we look at products and suppliers internationally. What we are currently interested in evaluating is set out on the sourcing and partnerships page — those are interests, not products we make or supplier relationships we already hold.
